Standard shipping charges apply for orders below PKR 2,500.
Free shipping is offered on orders above PKR 5,000.
Return and Refund Policy
At Bin Yahya, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your preferences or expectations. That’s why we offer a 14-day free return and refund policy, if the product is defective or damaged.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted if the product is defective or damaged, exchanges are accepted if the product is not to your liking or preference.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Process for Returns:
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
We will arrange a return pickup or guide you to ship the item back to us free of cost.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit based on your preference.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be processed, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale or promotional items are final and not eligible for returns.
